Our client is currently looking for a Dynamic individual to join their team as an Administrator to assist the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in day to day planning and administration duties.

About the Job

You will liaise with clients to obtain personal banking information and personal details confirming any changes, you will book meetings and follow up appointments alongside diary schedules. Send pre-meeting information and letters and follow up letters. This will all be done whilst abiding by compliance requirements. You will liaise with accountants and solicitors, you will also attend client meetings, handle post and attend training and seminars both in and out of house.

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be willing to work towards any professional exams and support the financial planners and paraplanners with their meetings, diaries and day to day administration duties.

Requirements

The minimum requirements are to have previous experience within the industry and have a general interest in a career within the financial services industry. They will be organised and have a good use of time management and be able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Also, be able to complete general administration duties and be willing to study towards relevant financial exams.

To have completed the Diploma in Financial Planning or any other financial exams will be preferred but not required.

Salary Range & Benefits

The secure basic salary ranges from £25,000 - £28,000 depending on the candidate and experience, this would include a pension scheme, and a health cashback plan. Study leave for professional exams will be given as well as full training towards exams. A bonus scheme is also provided linked with appraisals.
